When to see an ENT

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, contact our office or obtain a referral from your primary care physician (PCP).

  • Sinus problems, congestion, snoring, chronic nose bleeds
  • Dizziness or balance problems
  • Chronic ear pain, chronic ear infections, fluid on the ear, ear drainage, excessive ear wax
  • Foreign object in the ear or nose
  • Voice problems or sudden changes in your voice
  • Tongue tie, cleft lip or cleft palate
  • Swelling in your throat, difficulty swallowing
  • Chronic tonsillitis or other problems with your tonsils
  • Chronic infection of the adenoids (adenoiditis)
  • Thyroid cancer, throat cancer

When to see an Audiologist

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, contact our office or obtain a referral from your primary care physician (PCP).

  • Gradual hearing loss
  • Misunderstanding words or difficulty following group conversation
  • Sudden changes in your hearing
  • Frequent ringing, roaring or hissing in the ears
  • Balance problems
  • Assistance with your hearing instrument, hearing aid, or assistive listening devices (ALDs)
